Candice Chen is an accomplished creative strategist with extensive experience in leading innovative projects across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Creative Strategy at Netflix's Creative Labs since December 2020, Candice focuses on driving insights-driven creative development and leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance user experiences for a global audience. Prior to this role, Candice was an Ambassador for WIN: Women in Innovation, promoting pathways for women in the innovation space, and held multiple strategic positions at R/GA, including Director of Innovation Consulting and Strategy Director for Marketing, where significant brands such as Samsung and Mercedes benefited from strategic development. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Strategist at Droga5, where Candice contributed to award-winning campaigns, as well as teaching strategic thinking at Miami Ad School.
