Chaoran Wei

Chaoran Wei is a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Netflix, having previously worked as a Senior Applied Scientist at Amazon since 2024. With extensive experience in data science and machine learning, Chaoran previously developed predictive models at companies such as Shopify and Groupon, achieving significant accuracy and profit improvements. Chaoran holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics from the College of William and Mary and a Master’s Degree in Analytics from Northwestern University. Throughout their career, they have led teams and contributed to innovative projects involving deep learning and ensemble methods.
