Clarice Lan

Clarice Lan has a robust background in recruitment and talent operations, with significant experience in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. At Netflix, Clarice served in various roles from March 2019 to February 2023, including Associate Recruiter, Recruiting Researcher, and Talent Operations. Prior to Netflix, Clarice worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Google for a year, and also gained experience as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Los Angeles, in late 2017, and as a Marketing and Project Management Intern at Victory Hill Exhibitions in mid-2017. Clarice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, and completed Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'A' Levels at St Andrew's Junior College.
