Daniela Haim

Daniela Haim is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in legal and public policy recruitment, currently serving as a Recruiter for the Legal & Public Policy teams at Netflix since June 2016. Daniela has a strong background in hiring for leadership roles and is a co-founder and co-lead of L'Chaim, an employee resource group at Netflix focused on Jewish identity and cultural affiliation. Prior experience includes senior recruitment roles at Eastridge Workforce Solutions and Update Legal, as well as a trainee solicitor position at Dentons in the banking department. Daniela began her legal career as a Legal Fellow at the Organization for Refuge, Asylum and Migration and holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Law from the University of Cambridge and an L.L.M. from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
