Danielle Rich

Danielle Rich is an experienced data science professional currently serving as the Manager of Data Science and Engineering at Netflix since November 2019, leading the Member Applied Research DSE team in advancing member value measurement. Previously, Danielle Rich held various roles at Uber from June 2017 to November 2019, including Data Scientist focused on driver experience and new user acquisition. Prior to Uber, Danielle Rich worked at Accenture as a Data Scientist, creating predictive models for eBay and providing data insights for Genentech, while also teaching statistics and data science fundamentals. Danielle Rich's early career includes a statistics research role at UC Davis, an internship with the Bureau of Economic Analysis, and being a JPSM Junior Fellow at the University of Maryland. Danielle Rich holds a Master of Arts in Statistics from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
