Dave Cameron

Dave Cameron is a Senior Data Scientist with over 11 years of combined experience in data science and computational mathematics. Currently, they work at Netflix, partnering with stakeholders to address business challenges in production science and analytics. They also serve as a statistics consultant for Sharks Sports and Entertainment, utilizing a player rating statistic they developed. Previously, Dave held roles including Insight Data Science Fellow and Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University, where they applied statistical methods to address groundwater issues. Dave earned a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Sydney.
