Emma Murphy

Emma Murphy is currently the Head of Talent for the UK and HR Director for Studio EMEA at Netflix, where they lead the talent team and oversee production HR operations. With over 20 years of experience in HR, Emma has worked in various renowned organizations, including the National Theatre and Curzon, where they focused on fostering inclusive and creative environments. They have held leadership roles in production HR at Netflix since 2018 and previously served as Manager at the Cambodian Children's Fund. Emma holds a Law degree from the University of Liverpool and is pursuing studies in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Birkbeck, University of London.
