Eric Guo

Eric Guo is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the NTech Site Lead at Netflix since November 2014. In this role, Eric leads a team of onsite IT support technicians, managing daily activities, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations while prioritizing IT support tickets to ensure compliance with SLA targets. Prior to Netflix, Eric held various roles including NTech Escalation Specialist and Client Technology Specialist at Primitive Logic, IT Administrator at SADA Systems, Helpdesk Administrator at Google, and worked in research at Bayside Solutions. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, obtained in 2007.
