Greg Nelson is an experienced Director of Photography and cameraman with a career spanning several decades in wildlife and corporate filmmaking. Currently serving as the Director of Photography for Earth Touch since January 2015 and for the Smithsonian Channel for various wildlife documentaries since January 2016, Greg also plays a key role at Netflix as a Wildlife Cameraman since March 2021. In addition, Greg has significant experience with Nelson Productions, producing corporate and wildlife content since 1995, and has freelanced for National Geographic as a Wildlife Cameraman/DOP since 1995. Earlier in the career, Greg worked with SABC from 1985 to 1994 as a cameraman and editor, as well as with ITN in 1995-1996.
