Heather Tilert

Heather Tilert serves as the Director of Kids + Preschool Original Series at Netflix, where they craft strategy and lead execution of original programming for kids and family content. Previously, Heather was a Thru-Hiker on the Pacific Crest Trail and held various roles in children’s media, including Development Director at Puppet Heap and Supervising Producer for "3rd & Bird!" at Little Airplane Productions. They also co-created projects for companies like DreamWorks Animation and Nickelodeon. Heather has a B.S. in Communications from New York University and is currently advancing their studies there.
