Jen Dillon

Jen Dillon is a seasoned professional in talent operations with extensive experience at Netflix since March 2017, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Operations. Jen leads a team focused on scaling personalized and inclusive workforce experiences throughout the employment lifecycle. Previous roles at Netflix include Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Operations and Manager of Regional Talent Coordination. Jen has spearheaded initiatives related to accessibility and inclusive hiring, and played a key role in developing various candidate-facing resources. Prior to Netflix, Jen held managerial positions at Equinox and lululemon. Jen holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
