Jo Hall is currently the Head of Consumer Insights for the UK and Nordics at Netflix. Previously, they served as Acting Head of Planning for BBC Content, leading a team to enhance audience understanding and strategic thinking. Hall's experience also includes roles as a Senior Planner for both BBC Three and BBC Two and as a Research Manager at Amazon, where they developed content and marketing strategies for Prime Video. They have a BA in English and Drama with Education from the University of Cambridge.
