Jonathan Hicks

Jon Hicks is a strategic leader with extensive experience advising public and privately-held companies in various sectors including technology and media. Throughout their career, Jon has facilitated innovative solutions to regulatory and compliance challenges, enhancing organizational effectiveness at companies such as Netflix and Cadence Design Systems. Currently, Jon is the Senior Counsel for Employment Law at Netflix and serves as Chair of the Board for the American Leadership Forum, Silicon Valley, where they advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Jon holds a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
