Kate Walker

Kate Walker is a talent program leader with over 15 years of experience in driving employee development, engagement, and retention at leading companies such as Amazon, REI, and T-Mobile. They have served in roles including Sr Program Manager of Executive Development at T-Mobile, where they managed leadership programs and succession planning, and Principal Learning and Development at Outreach, where they built the L&D department from the ground up. Currently, Kate works as the Executive Coaching Practice Manager at Netflix, overseeing executive coaching solutions and initiatives. Additionally, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management at the University of South Florida.
