Lâm Phan possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee services, having held various managerial roles at prominent organizations such as Netflix and Stanford Health Care. At Netflix, Lâm served as Manager of Employee Services, Manager of Talent Acquisition Services, and Manager of Talent Coordination. Prior experience includes positions at Stanford Health Care as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, as well as Director of People, Leadership & Learning and Manager of Placement Strategy & Initiatives at Teach For America. Lâm began the professional journey as a Teacher/Intern at Breakthrough Collaborative. A graduate of Brown University, Lâm earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Ethnic Studies.
