Lamont Robinson

Lamont Robinson serves as the Director of Supplier Diversity at Netflix since October 2024, where the focus is on developing a global sourcing program aligned with Netflix's culture of Freedom and Responsibility. Additionally, Robinson is the President and CEO of Robinson LaRueCo Consulting LLC, specializing in enhancing diverse supplier inclusion within global supply chains. Previous experiences include roles as Director of Supplier Diversity at AmerisourceBergen, where responsibilities involved launching an impactful supplier diversity program, and Vice President of Supplier Diversity at Nielsen, overseeing various strategic initiatives. Earlier in the career, Robinson held senior positions at Vizient, Cardinal Health, and Hospira, leading significant supplier diversity efforts and creating award-winning programs. Robinson holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's degree from Lake Forest College.
