Lynette Bian is a Senior Product Designer at Netflix, where they partner with cross-functional teams to define and build new tools and experiences. Previously, Lynette worked as a Product Designer at Blend, bringing a low-code creation tool from concept to launch, and has held design internships at several organizations, including VMware and Gain Life. Lynette co-founded Bean + Co, a digital design studio serving student clubs and non-profits, and has experience in leading design efforts for user onboarding and partner ecosystems at VMware. Lynette is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and International Relations at Tufts University, along with studies in Graphic and Interaction Design at Central Saint Martins.
