Mandy Castles

Mandy Castles is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and marketing with significant experience in prominent companies. Currently serving as a Contingent Talent Partner at Netflix since October 2020, Mandy previously held the position of Account Executive at Creative Circle, a leading staffing vendor, from November 2015 to October 2020. Prior roles include Community Marketing Manager Global at Ginger People Group and Marketing Supervisor at Robert Talbott, where responsibilities encompassed design and marketing coordination. Mandy also owned Lucky Lefty's Inc. and worked as an Account Manager for Product Development at The Araca Group. Educationally, Mandy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Product Development from FIDM and further studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
