Michael Sotelo

Michael Sotelo is currently the Head of Residuals at Netflix, where they lead the Residuals team for global operations impacting all original programming. Previously, they served as a Manager of Residuals at HBO, where they created models for estimating guild payments and developed a new residuals system. With prior experience as a Financial Analyst at Paramount Pictures and various other roles, Michael has extensive expertise in financial forecasting and residuals management across the entertainment industry. They hold a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California and a Certificate in Business and Management of Entertainment from UCLA Extension.
