They began their career at United Airlines as a Customer Service Representative and progressed through roles at Sun Microsystems, Seagate Technology, and Netflix, where they played crucial roles in technical support, internet systems management, and project management. In their final position at Netflix, they developed tools for deploying and managing Amazon EC2 resources while also creating the Netflix AMI bakery. Currently, Michael is continuing their education at San Jose State University.
