Michał Held

Michał Held is an experienced engineer with a strong background in data engineering and BIM technology. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Netflix since October 2025, Michał previously held a position as a Staff Software Engineer and Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on data engineering. Michał's prior roles include Executive Director in Data Engineering at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities involved migrating big data processing to a cloud-based platform, and positions at companies like JLL and PORR AG, where expertise in BIM implementation and data processing was utilized. Michał holds a Master’s degree in Data Science and Big Data Analysis from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and multiple engineering degrees from Warsaw University of Technology and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
