Mihir Mathur

Mihir Mathur is an AI Product Manager at Netflix since June 2025, leading AI/ML training and model development focused on enhancing predictive AI models for content recommendations. Prior to this, Mihir served as a Senior Product Manager at Tecton from July 2023, overseeing real-time products that facilitate extensive AI predictions post-acquisition by Databricks. Between 2020 and 2023, Mihir held the role of Senior Product Manager at Lyft, contributing to AI-driven systems that optimized dynamic pricing and rider experiences, following initial roles as Product Manager and Software Engineer. Mihir’s earlier experience includes internships at Quora, Houzz, and Thomson Reuters, alongside serving as President of the ACM at UCLA from 2016 to 2018, during which the organization received multiple excellence awards. Mihir holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from UCLA, as well as a high school diploma from Delhi Public School, Rohini.
