Min Peng

Min Peng is an experienced product designer with a strong background in user growth and creator monetization. Currently a Product Designer at Netflix since January 2025, Min previously held roles such as Staff Product Designer at Figma, where the focus was on user growth, and Staff Design Lead at TikTok, contributing as a founding designer for the TikTok Shop US team. At Instagram, Min worked on creator monetization and user connection features, while also having experience at Meta in growth and creator monetization. Prior to these roles, Min served as a Senior Interaction Designer at Samsung Electronics America, where an award-winning B2B healthcare service solution was launched, and as a Product Designer at Beepi, focusing on enhancing the used car buying experience. Min holds a Master's degree in New Media Management from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Fudan University.
