Nathan Yee

Nathan Yee is currently a Security Software Engineer at Netflix, where they build software to ensure privacy for users. Previously, Nathan served as a Staff Security Engineer at Gusto, where they established the Product Security team, conducted threat models, and spearheaded the Detection Engineering program. Nathan also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Synack, Inc., where they automated penetration testing methodologies and developed tools for vulnerability assessment. Additionally, they completed research at The University of Arizona, contributing to projects focused on malware detection and internet routing. Nathan began their career as a Software Engineering Intern at Anomali, enhancing a malware honeypot and creating machine learning training data.
