Peter Reiling

Peter Reiling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and social impact. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation and Vice President of Leadership Programs at Netflix, Reiling focuses on enhancing business acumen for executives. Previous roles include co-founding multiple leadership initiatives across Africa and Central America, such as the Africa Leadership Initiative, Central America Leadership Foundation, and India Leadership Initiative. Reiling held significant positions at TechnoServe, where strategic direction was redirected as Country Managing Director, and was recognized as an Outstanding Social Entrepreneur by the World Economic Forum.
