Philippa Hunter is the Inclusion Strategy Manager for EMEA at Netflix, where they focus on creating an equitable and inclusive environment for their team. With over 12 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and talent acquisition, they previously served as the EMEA DEI Lead at ServiceNow and the EMEA DEI Program Manager for Meta. Philippa is passionate about fostering accessible workplace cultures and has achieved significant transformations in DEI practices across organizations, including implementing a Disability hiring strategy and leading a global self-ID project at Meta. Currently, they are also studying AI Ethics, reflecting their commitment to advancing inclusive practices in technology.
