Ramille B. has extensive experience in the arts and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as an Associate Recruiter and formerly as a Recruiting Researcher and Sourcer for Netflix Animation since February 2020, Ramille specializes in talent acquisition within the creative industry. Prior experience includes managing product development and marketing at Cyclops Print Works/Disney Fine Art and curating exhibitions at Gallery Nucleus, where over 40 exhibitions were coordinated. Ramille’s earlier roles include internships at the Japanese American National Museum and the J. Paul Getty Trust, focusing on production and conservation projects. A Bachelor of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts with a focus on Digital Art was obtained from the University of California, Santa Cruz, in 2012.
