Ren Hanami is a multifaceted entertainment professional, currently serving as President of Renworld Inc since January 2008 and as President of Ninja Mom Entertainment since June 2010, where production of various media projects is underway. In addition to these roles, Hanami has been actively involved in performing arts, with recent notable appearances as an actress in East West Players' production "Kairos" and as Mavis in Disney Channel's "Bunk’d." Hanami has lent voice talents to productions for Netflix and Roundabout Entertainment, while also holding a longstanding status as an actress, singer, and voice-over talent since 1981 with SAG/AFTRA/AEA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Music/Dance from UCLA and a certificate in Writing, Playwriting, and Screenwriting from UCLA Extension. Hanami has also contributed to the industry as Chairman of the National Asian Pacific American Media Committee and founded the AFTRA APAM Task Force in 2003.
