Rina Chang

Rina Chang is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience and interaction design, currently serving as a Staff Product Designer for the Experimentation Platform at Netflix since August 2013. In this role, Rina has contributed significantly to the ABlaze UI project, focusing on A/B testing tools. Prior to Netflix, Rina held senior design positions at Ariba and Endurance International Group, where several B2B applications were developed and user research methodologies were introduced. Rina's career also includes impactful roles at Intuit, where initiatives included co-designing a learning experience for global CEOs and mentoring leadership in design thinking practices. Rina graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Product Design from Stanford University.
