Ritu Goyal

Ritu Goyal is a highly accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Director of Engineering at Netflix since August 2018. Goyal leads the Content Promotion and Distribution Engineering organization, overseeing global catalog management, content localization, and promotional media across various Netflix products. With a track record of building advanced systems utilizing machine learning and managing teams in both promotional media and content production, Goyal has previously held key positions at Cisco, Trilemetry, Avaya, and Lucent Technologies. Goyal holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and has completed Executive Education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
