Ryan Bolick

Ryan Bolick is a creative problem solver and a passionate veterans’ advocate who currently serves as the Director of Organizational Design & Effectiveness at Netflix. Prior to this role, Ryan led the Strategy and Operations practice at Warner Bros. Discovery, where significant business transformations and organizational design initiatives were executed. They began their career as a Media & Entertainment management consultant at firms such as Arthur Andersen and BearingPoint. Ryan is actively involved in various community roles, including serving on the Business Advisory Council at Appalachian State University and coaching youth baseball.
