They have extensive expertise in competition formats, live broadcasts, reality/docu-series, and stage productions, collaborating with top networks such as Netflix, ABC, NBC, FOX, and Peacock. Ryan's notable work includes directing and producing for major shows like American Idol and Dancing with the Stars. They previously held the position of Senior Producer at BBC from 2008 to 2017 and have been engaged in various roles, including Segment Director at Fox Corporation and NBCUniversal, and Director/Co-Executive Producer for projects like "Wonka: The Golden Ticket." Ryan earned their Bachelor's degree in Film and Electronics Arts from California State University, Long Beach in 2004.
