Sam Roper

Sam Roper currently serves as Director and EMEA Corporate Security Manager at Netflix since January 2020. Prior to this role, Sam Roper worked at Google from March 2014 to January 2020, holding positions as Security & Resilience Project Manager and Security Manager, where responsibilities included managing global projects and overseeing a travel security program. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager for Control Risks from January 2010 to March 2014, focusing on project management and client engagement across Francophone Africa and Europe. Sam Roper holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Hispanic Studies from the University of Nottingham, along with additional training in Security Management and Consultancy.
