Scott Behrens

Scott Behrens is a Principal Security Engineer at Netflix, where they lead the development and integration of security, privacy, and assurance strategies. They have extensive experience in security engineering, having worked in various roles at Netflix since 2013, including Senior Application Security Engineer and Staff Security Engineer. Prior to Netflix, Scott held positions at Argonne National Laboratory, Radius IT, and served as an adjunct professor at DePaul University. They are also the creator of The Engineer Setlist, a resource designed to help engineers enhance their skills and impact. Scott holds multiple degrees from DePaul University, including a Master's in Computer Information and Network Security.
