Shengwei Wang

Shengwei Wang is a Software Engineering Lead at Netflix, where they manage distributed databases such as CockroachDB and Cassandra. Previously, Shengwei worked as a Software Engineer at Amazon, leading a team in the design and implementation of a serverless computing platform and achieving significant cost savings. Prior to that, Shengwei gained experience at The Center for Information Technology & Socio-economic System at Zhejiang University, where they specialized in data analysis and visualization for Alibaba's business data. Shengwei holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management and Information System from Zhejiang University and a Master's Degree in Information Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
