Shusei Eshima

Shusei Eshima is a Senior Data Scientist at Netflix, where they design and conduct experiments and develop statistical methodologies. They previously worked as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Statistical Mathematics and served as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Harvard University, teaching courses in causal inference and quantitative social science methods. Eshima earned a PhD in Quantitative Methods from Harvard University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Methods and Comparative Politics from The University of Tokyo.
