Sonya Lee is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in product design hiring at leading technology companies. Currently serving as the Lead Recruiter for Product Design at Netflix since March 2021, Sonya Lee focuses on recruiting product designers across various teams while supporting executive hiring for design leadership. Prior to this role, Sonya Lee was a Principal Talent Researcher at Netflix, where innovative recruiting strategies were developed for scaling the design organization. Previous experience includes senior technical sourcing at Facebook in London, as well as various recruitment roles at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, Google, and early career involvement in community outreach and student recruitment initiatives. Sonya Lee holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Saint Mary's College of California.
