Suzanne Steinke

Suzanne Steinke serves as a Senior Director at Netflix since November 2018, leading the employment legal and employee relations teams for Film, Series, and Nonfiction productions in the US and Canada. Prior to Netflix, Suzanne held the position of VP of Employment Law at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, from January 2018 to October 2018, where responsibilities included providing strategic employment law advice and conducting training on workplace respect. Suzanne's legal career began at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP, where from October 1996 to January 2018, a partnership involved representing management in various labor and employment law matters. Suzanne holds a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School and an AB in Economics from Stanford University.
