Tien Larson is an accomplished leader in organizational development and talent management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Org Development & Integrations at Netflix since February 2019, Tien has successfully expanded talent management strategies to encompass acquired and integrated studios in Games, VFX, IP, and Animation.
