Will Castleberry

Will Castleberry serves as the Head of State Regulatory and Production Policy at Netflix, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on managing state regulatory and studio production issues. Prior to this role, Will was Managing Partner at Foundry Ten, addressing challenging policy problems related to state political and regulatory matters. Will’s extensive experience also includes a decade at Facebook as Vice President of State Policy and Community Engagement, overseeing a large team and working with state and local policymakers. Previous positions include Vice President of Public Policy at AOL, Senior Manager of Law and Public Policy at MCI, and roles within the Maryland government, including Assistant Secretary of Economic Policy. Will holds an M.B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland.
