Will Lawson

Will Lawson is an experienced project manager and HR professional with a strong background in talent coordination and development. Currently serving as a Project Manager in Project Management & Operations at Netflix since November 2017, Lawson has also held roles as a Coordinator and Talent Coordinator within the Learning & People Development department. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Coordinator at A+E Networks, where recruitment and onboarding processes for various positions were managed, and completing a graduate internship in HR Communication Strategy at The Walt Disney Company, focusing on benefits and wellness program marketing. Additionally, experience at Fox involved utilizing Taleo for recruitment processes. Will Lawson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a high school diploma in Human Services from Cass Technical High School.
