Wolf Osthaus

Wolf Osthaus is an experienced public policy professional currently serving as Senior Director of Public Policy for DACH, Benelux & Nordics at Netflix since September 2019. In addition, Wolf is a member of the Economic Advisory Board at WIK Wissenschaftliches Institut für Infrastruktur und Kommunikationsdienste since January 2020. Previously, Wolf held roles such as Senior VP of Regulatory & Public Policy at Liberty Global and was a pivotal member of the Management Board at Unitymedia. Wolf's extensive background includes positions at prominent organizations such as ANGA Verband Deutscher Kabelnetzbetreiber, United Internet AG, Deutscher Bundestag, and eBay, where responsibilities ranged from regulatory affairs to government relations. An academic contributor, Wolf was also a visiting lecturer in Internet and Media Law at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. Wolf holds a Ph.D. in Law from Universität Osnabrück, complemented by a strong educational foundation in law from various esteemed institutions.
