Xenia E. is currently the Consumer Insights lead for EMEA at Netflix, focusing on DACH markets and overseeing projects in Spain, BENELUX, and the Nordics. They previously served as an Associate Director at STURM und DRANG GmbH, where they were also a guest lecturer, and worked as an Insight Strategist in freelance consulting. Earlier experience includes a strategic role at Flamingo, co-founding Bolivian Express, and participating in the European Graduate Programme at Telefónica. Xenia is pursuing an MA in Humanities at the University of Oxford while also studying Anthropology and Sociology in Argentina.
