Yi Cheng

Yi Cheng is a seasoned software engineer with a diverse background in developer productivity and software development life cycle (SDLC). Currently at Netflix since May 2024, Yi focuses on enhancing developer productivity. Previously at ByteDance, from April 2023 to April 2024, Yi specialized in promoting monorepo solutions and improving CI/CD pipelines. Yi's extensive experience also includes significant roles at Twitter, where work involved maintaining build infrastructure and migrating build tools, and at Cisco, with a focus on cloud management and automation. Yi holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
