Benjamin Lebron is a Workforce Management Analyst at Netfor, Inc., contracted through Knowledge Services and currently working with the Indiana Department of Revenue since October 2017. In 2022, Benjamin played a key role in establishing a new customer service desk to enhance the agency's service capabilities.
