Eric Neal is currently the Director of Client Success at Netfor, Inc. Eric has previously held roles such as Senior Consultant at Angie's List and Service Delivery Manager & Business Analyst at General Motors. At General Motors, Eric reported to the Manager of Commercial Operations within GCCX, where Eric focused on new business development, evaluating metrics and performance for customers, and providing product expertise and competitive analysis. Eric also worked on contract management, marketing strategy planning, mobile application validation, billing, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to this, Eric was the Manager of Technical Operations at Bell Techlogix, Inc. Eric's educational background includes attending Indiana University Bloomington and Cathedral High School.
