Stephen Mellott

Stephen Mellott is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience in engineering design, product development, and team leadership. Currently employed at NETFORM since August 2025, Stephen has previously held similar roles at Clark Fixtures and Hiab USA, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams, developing design standards, and implementing advanced engineering systems. Prior experience at Tenneco involved driving global corner module design projects and leading cross-functional teams. Stephen holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo, complemented by early roles as a graduate research assistant and various internships in mechanical engineering.
