Shane Smart

Shane Smart is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in sales and construction. Currently serving as a Sales Executive at netgain.tech and as a Sales Development Representative at Netgain Solutions, Inc. since 2018, Shane also has extensive experience as a Company Owner at Smart Construction from 2012 to 2018, overseeing major residential and light commercial remodeling projects in the Austin area. Prior to that, Shane founded Shane Smart Construction SSC Inc., focusing on commercial construction, including retail and restaurant renovations, from 2005 to 2012. Earlier, as a Partner at FI Engineering, Shane specialized in snowboard event design and management from 2002 to 2005. Shane's career began as a Professional Snowboarder from 1993 to 2003, achieving significant competitive success and gaining expertise in snowcat operation and terrain design.
