Kevin Helmers

Kevin Helmers has a wide range of work experience in the technology industry. Kevin started their career at Hewlett Packard/Compaq Computer, where they worked as a Technical Support Engineer and later as an Offsite Escalation Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, training and mentoring team members, and overseeing complex solutions.

After their time at Hewlett Packard/Compaq Computer, Kevin joined SOHO Office/Around the Block Business Solutions as a Computer Systems Contractor and In-Store Associate. Kevin managed computer systems and networks, performed repairs and upgrades, and introduced the concept of repair services to customers.

In 2015, Kevin joined BOXX Technologies as a Technical Support Supervisor, where they supervised a team of support professionals and ensured timely resolution of technical issues.

Most recently, Kevin worked at Netgate as part of the Sales Operations team. Kevin joined in December 2020 and their role is ongoing.

Kevin Helmers began their education in 2007 at Gainesville State College, where they earned an Associates degree in Business Administration. From 2010 to 2012, they attended Gainesville State College again, studying Geospatial Information Systems. In 2012, they transferred to Georgia Gwinnett College and pursued Computer Information Sciences until 2013. Kevin then enrolled at Strayer University in 2013 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems in 2014.
