Deep Johal

Deep Johal is an experienced Manager of Systems Engineering at NETGEAR, leading the Europe-wide Systems Engineering team with a focus on Pro AV-over-IP and Enterprise Networking since August 2025. Previously, Deep worked as a Presales Systems Engineer at RUCKUS Networks, specializing in IoT solutions, and as a Security Solutions Architect at Infoblox, where business cases were built to demonstrate technical differentiation. Deep also held presales positions at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, and served as the Senior Network Consultant at DTP Group, among other roles in network architecture and support. Deep's technical expertise spans AV-over-IP solutions, Wi-Fi technologies, enterprise switching, and Zero Trust security principles. Deep’s educational background includes a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Essex and an MSc in Human Communication and Computing from the University of Bath.
